Community 

Students, faculty, staff and alumni of the College of Textiles agree that there is a sense of community and family at the College of Textiles. The students interact daily with the faculty, not just in the classroom, but on projects with partner companies, internships, and research projects. Students are constantly gathering in club activities, outreach projects and of course class throughout all their years at the College of Textiles. Students give their time to help with activities within the College and as alumni give back to improve the College of Textiles for future students. Feeling a sense of community is what NC State is all about. While the university is big and offers so much to all students, the College of Textiles offers our students a family to call their own.
